THE BAMA BALANCE
ABOUT THE BAMA BALANCE
The Bama Balance serves as a vital resource that promotes awareness and deepens understanding while offering practical strategies to effectively tackle mental health issues. Initially focused on college men’s mental health and overall wellbeing, The Bama Balance now examines the broader issues of college student mental health at UA. This engaging podcast is co-hosted by Ruperto M. Perez, PH.D., ABPP, who is the Associate Vice President for Student Health and Wellbeing at The University of Alabama, alongside dedicated students Brooks Barbaree and Edward Fountain, creating an inclusive space for discussion and support.
