Body image for college men plays an important role in their self-esteem and psychological wellbeing. However for some college men, factors that might impact developing a healthy body image may lead to developing less healthy strategies that affect men physically and psychologically. This episode raises awareness about issues related to college men’s body image and ways to better understand it and to help others.
